Who I See & How I Work

Who I see:
For individual therapy, I work with people who are navigating childhood and developmental trauma, attachment wounds, relational struggles, and complex trauma. I support people moving through life transitions that can feel overwhelming. I enjoy helping individuals explore identity and seek to understand how their past experiences shape who they are and how they move through the world. I specialize in working with adults who want to heal old wounds, deepen self-understanding, and reclaim a sense of safety and connection in both mind and body. I also work with partners (including multiple partners/ENM relationships) who want to improve communication, strengthen emotional bonds, and navigate change together.

How I work:
I operate on the core belief that you are the expert of your own experience. I honor your innate wisdom while bringing curiosity, compassion, and collaboration into the therapy space. My work integrates the body and mind as a team in the healing process, drawing from somatic practices, attachment-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. I hold a systemic, feminist, and intersectional lens, always recognizing how larger systems and histories impact individual experiences. (TL;DR: I see you as a whole person—not just symptoms—and we’ll work together to create more safety, connection, and resilience.)

We might work well together if:
'
You want a therapist who is human; you value a real relationship with your therapist; and you’re open to being challenged while honoring your own wisdom.

A cozy corner with a pink upholstered armchair, black throw blanket, and a beige pillow, next to a green bookshelf filled with books and a basket, on a multicolored patterned rug, in a room with caned accents and wall art.
A beige couch decorated with various colorful plush pillows and stuffed toys, including a mushroom, a flower, a pie, a wheel chart, and a character with large eyes. A checkered blanket is draped over one side, with a corner hanging down. The room has a bookshelf on the left, wall art above, and a tall lamp providing light.

A bit about me personally:

When I’m not in sessions, you’ll probably find me hanging with my partner and my rescue Frenchie (he’s basically my tiny therapist), hunting down another book to add to my unread pile, or binging true crime podcasts. I’m a caffeine enthusiast and no one will ever convince me to give it up. I firmly believe therapists should go to therapy and that connection and community are magic for healing. My own journey through relational trauma and complex life stuff helps me create a brave, chill, and slightly quirky space where we can do the deep work together.

People have good reasons for their pain and good reasons for being caught in certain ways of dealing with their pain.
