50-minute individual session: $100

50-minute partner/couples session: $110

75-minute and 90-minute individual and partner sessions are available at an additional rate

When I’m able to, I do negotiate my rate.

I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full cost of the session or meeting.

Grace is always extended in the event of extenuating circumstances or an emergency.

I currently offer virtual therapy sessions. You must be a resident of Tennessee. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform (Sessions Health), which is easily accessible from a computer, phone, or tablet.

All major credit cards and cash payments are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

I do not accept insurance; however, I am able to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

I typically work Sunday through Wednesday and occasionally on Thursday mornings. If you reach out Thursday afternoon-Saturday, those times/days are not considered business hours, and I won’t respond to your inquiry until the next business day. Hours are as follows:

Sunday: 9 am- 5 pm
Monday: 11 am-6 pm
Tuesday: 9 am- 5 pm
Wednesday: 9 am- 5 pm
